Wave Rock Hotel (Hyden Hotel)
Located in the heart of Hyden, just 5km drive from Wave Rock, the Wave Rock Hotel/Motel offers comfortable and convenient accommodation for visitors to the region.
The hotel features 55 well-appointed rooms and three executive suites, with a range of configurations including single, twin, double, triple and family rooms. Family rooms can accommodate up to six guests with two adjoining rooms.
Guests can enjoy the picturesque billabong swimming pool and gardens, along with the welcoming Salmon Gum Lounge featuring comfortable leather seating, an open fire, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a baby grand piano.
Rooms include private bathrooms, reverse-cycle air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, microwaves, fridges, televisions and more.

Wave Rock Resort
Set beside the beautiful Lake Magic and Hyden’s famous man-made salt pool, Wave Rock Resort is located just 1km drive north of Wave Rock and offers a peaceful place to relax while exploring the Hyden region.
The resort features 14 self-contained waterfront villas, each with two bedrooms and accommodation for up to six guests. Villas include a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD player and reverse-cycle air conditioning.
Each villa also features a partially screened verandah, providing a comfortable outdoor space to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and watch the sunset over Lake Magic.

Wave Rock Caravan Park
Located at the base of Wave Rock, Wave Rock Caravan Park is a convenient place to stay while exploring Hyden and the surrounding attractions. Best of all, it’s just a 500-metre walk to Wave Rock!
The park offers a variety of accommodation and camping options to suit different travellers and budgets, including cabins sleeping up to four guests, powered caravan and tent sites, unpowered tent sites, and ensuite sites.
The staff can also assist with local information and visitor advice, including nearby attractions, museums, road conditions and seasonal wildflower sightings.

Wave Rock Short Stay – The Homestead, Bungalow & Cottage
Located within the Hyden townsite and just a 5km drive from Wave Rock, these three self-contained properties are perfect for families, groups, couples and travellers looking for comfortable short-stay accommodation.
The Homestead is Hyden’s only accommodation sleeping up to eight guests under one roof, with four bedrooms, spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Bungalow sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms and is conveniently located on Smith Loop, close to The Cottage perfect for larger family groups travelling together.
The Cottage offers comfortable, fully self-contained accommodation with two queen beds and two single beds, along with cooking facilities and spacious living areas.

Wave Rock Short Stay – The Camp
Located just 1.5km from the Hyden townsite, The Camp at Wave Rock Short Stay offers a peaceful, nature-based camping experience surrounded by 16 hectares of beautiful bushland.
The Camp features 16 large unpowered campsites, giving guests plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy camping under the open sky. Facilities include potable water, a disability-accessible toilet and waste removal.
The Camp is pet friendly.

Wave Rock Short Stay – The Chalets
Located just 1.5km from the Hyden townsite, halfway between Hyden and Wave Rock, The Chalets at Wave Rock Short Stay offer comfortable accommodation surrounded by 16 hectares of natural bushland and neighbouring farmland.
The property features eight self-contained, two-bedroom chalets, with a variety of bedding configurations to suit couples, families and groups travelling together. Each chalet has its own private bathroom and accommodates up to four guests, with one chalet offering disability-accessible facilities.
Located alongside The Camp and The Quarters, The Chalets are a great option for groups or families travelling together who may prefer different styles of accommodation.
The Chalets are not pet-friendly.

Wave Rock Short Stay – The Quarters
Located 1.5km from the Hyden townsite, The Quarters offers comfortable accommodation overlooking the Hyden townsite, surrounding farmland and CBH grain bins.
There are 16 ensuite rooms accommodating up to 22 guests, including queen, king single and twin bunk options, with one disability-accessible room. Guests also have access to a communal kitchen, dining area, laundry and free Wi-Fi in communal areas.
The Quarters is ideal for workers, groups and travellers staying in or passing through the Hyden area.
